Love Out Loud 2

August 25, 2008

This week we hear from Jason again as he brings the Youth Workcamp theme home to the congregation.  This week covers the final three parts of what it means to Love Out Loud.  Download the sermon outline and check it out in parts.  The first audio file is all of the sermon leading up to the video.  Then check out the video and continue with the final section of audio.

Interested in going deeper with the sermon? Here are some questions to reflect on this week:

  1. Who is God calling me to forgive today? Myself? Someone else?
  2. What does forgiveness tell me about the character of God (the Giver)?
  3. If I could talk directly to one of the youth that went to Workcamp what would I want them to know?

Let us know your joys and struggles in response to the questions above in the comments below.

Getting Past Conflict

August 4, 2008

We’re back online and broadcasting after a few weeks away.  It was good for me to be back in church and hear Pastor live.  He talked about getting past conflict.  We don’t have sermon notes handy, but you can certainly enjoy the audio without the notes.  Check it out below, then consider the questions.  Also, in case you missed it, Pastor Chuck has started a blog.

Interested in going deeper with the sermon? Here are some questions to reflect on this week:

  1. Who do I need to have a conversation with?
  2. In which conflict in my life might God do something great ?
  3. Where in my life do I need to go another way then someone else?

Let us know your joys and struggles in response to the questions above in the comments below.
